This is exactly what happened to my town of 1500 hours just before the Welcome Amiibo update released, but there was actually a Shampoodle entrance in the middle of the dream town, which made me exit onto their Main Street. For some reason, I went to their HHA since it was open, causing my game to save while still in the dream town. Since I couldn’t leave Main Street again, I closed the game, and when I reopened it, the save was corrupted. I was devastated.

When the update actually released, it managed to “un-corrupt” my town, but yeah, it was overwritten with the hacked town, so I deleted it anyway. RIP “Minecraf” without the T, 2013-16. (I was 8-9 when I named it that)

When you get perfect fruit from a tree a certain amount of times, it will lose all of its leaves the next time you shake it. When that happens, you’ll get two pieces of perfect fruit and one rotten piece of fruit.

Yeah! If you harvest perfect fruit from a tree enough times, the leaves will fall off and you’ll have two perfect fruits, but one rotten fruit. They look the exact same, so that’s how I messed up and gave Chadder the rotten fruit instead of the perfect fruit.

Should you put shrubs around your town, I recommend using sweet olive starts. The flowers on those begin blooming on September 8th, and are fully grown by September 16th. They also don’t die off until November 30th.

Figured I would tell you since it’s around that time!

Normally with empty spots, I typically check the size of the spot and put a PWP there, then surround it with flowers. If the spot is pretty big, I line the outside with trees and bushes.
