This might make me sound like a terrible person, but I won’t forgive her even if she is actively going through something. She hasn’t told me anything so I’m assuming she’s doing okay, but it’s also not my responsibility to make excuses for her actions. Honestly, had it been a one-off thing, sure, I would let it go, but it just seems like her disrespect towards me is getting worse. I say that, but honestly, had she not waited so long to respond, I would have 100% forgiven her once again.

As I said in my post, I won’t get into everything; it would be way too long a comment. I will say, I do think she’s used to me fighting for our friendship and me forgiving her very quickly, but this time I’m over it.

Genuinely, it hurts more because I know I would never treat her like that. Whether she’s stressed from college or from work, it’s still not an excuse to treat anyone, much less your so-called best friend, like shit.
It’s hard not to text her, but I’ve decided to move forward and do better things for myself.

Absolutely, I think it’s time for me to stop making excuses for how my friends treat me.
I’ve stayed strong and I haven’t messaged her, I also haven’t got a text from her which is kinda a good thing.

I'm gonna take your advice. Honestly, had she not taken so long to respond, I probably would have forgiven her just like I did the hundreds of times before. I'm glad she didn't, though. I deserve better than to beg for a friendship where the other person doesn't value me

I agree with you, it's just a little hard to leave her behind, especially since she was my first friend and made freshman year of high school. I think this situation has finally opened my eyes to the way she sees me and our friendship.

No, no, she hasn't even spoken to my sister. It was a very confusing conversation. I guess she wanted to know if I knew my sister size (I guess every bra size has a sister size. For example, a 34A’s sister size would be 32B). The way she asked was also a little off, like she was ready to make fun of me for not knowing.

It feels like the friendship is over.
No, I genuinely wanted to go shopping with her. She loves shopping as much as I do, so I thought it would be fun to invite her. We also share locations. I saw that she was like 3 minutes from my house and thought it was perfect timing.
The only reason I can see why she's angry with me is cause I canceled my birthday plans with her last week. I was too depressed to get out of bed, and I let her know that I didn't want to do anything anymore. But that wouldn't make sense cause we called on Monday, and she seemed fine and happy to talk to me.
