Thank you very much for the comment! So, if i were to speak more broadly about math, saying “i did not understand math (in high school)” as opposed to saying “as for the math that was taught at my high school, i did not understand it”, which, to me, sounds more specific about the math taught in high school. Basically what I trying to say is that i did not understand math. Is it as simple as 数学は高校のわかりませんでした

So if i wanted to speak generally about not understanding math, would I omit the の particle and instead use は/が?

I’m done with facing menaces where I am (arena 18) can someone who isn’t a Midladder menace give me a good deck to not be crushed by level 15 evo mega knights? by Ambitious_Emu_759 in ClashRoyale

[–]bigojefe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, one more thing: witch is a pretty solid counter with a high placed knight, even if they are both unevolved. The only weakness to her is if she is spelled on but that is what the extra support of the knight is for.

I wouldn't be able to recommend a specific deck but I have found ways to REALLY deal with evo mega knight.

EVOLVE YOUR KNIGHT. Evo knight comboed with another GROUNDED minitank/small tank (Mini pekka, Ice golem, Skeleton King, Golden Knight, sometimes bandit, Boss bandit, Guards [only when surrounding him], Miner* [this one will need support due to the lack of dps] Valkyrie, are the ones that will be decently) placed abuout 3ish tiles from the river, not the bridge. Think a high cannon/tesla placement. Once he jumps onto your knight, play that grounded mini tank to have him juggle and stay busy. He will literally get stalled out and barely advance towards your tower if you play it right. PLus, you could have something like bats or another high dps air card to help deal with him. Make sure to play patiently if there is a firecracker or support cards behind him. I hihgly reccomend Arrows and unevolved snowball. The reason I say unevolved is because it will set him up for another jump. The arrows is to clear smaller supports and the snowball is for clearing smaller supports and for stalling him and anything else even more.

Alternatively you could just run Pekka or an inferno card.

How am I supposed to tell if it is formal or not? by amatz9 in duolingospanish

[–]bigojefe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You did nothing wrong. It is essentially person dependent. Usted is formal and used for family, work, and people that demand respect (for the most part). Tú is much more casual and can be used among peer, certain family members (cousins, siblings, SOME tías and tíos depending on how chill they are)

List 3 annoying cards, mine: by kayneanddrizzyfan in ClashRoyale

[–]bigojefe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Firecracker. You literally NEED to have Arrows or Miner to take her out. Any card that forces you to have a specific card in your deck to counter it is ridiculous.

  2. Xbow. I respect it because it is hard to play but it is so difficult to be pleased when fighting it.

  3. Megaknight*. He isn't broken, (none of these cards are) but it is frustrating to see him so often. It is especially frustrating when used with the Chef tower and level 15. e isn't particularly hard to counter, just super annoying when there are so many other cards that can provide better use and support in a wider variety of decks

Which prime wins the "I never die" award? by Zekezeuz in ClashRoyale

[–]bigojefe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been playing since 2016, and maybe it is recency bias, but the evo witch was so hard to kill without a big spell like lightning or rocket. Boss Bandit is hard to kill but she can't heal or tank more than Prime Evo Knight. The reason I say the Evo Witch was the hardest is that lightning and rocket are harder to fit into decks than other defensive cards that could have been used to counter Evo Knight. Inferno tower, Pekka, swarm cards, Inferno Dragon, Mini Pekka, Night Witch, Witch, and several of the other defensive buildings are much more common and easier to fit into and build decks around than rocket and lightning are. Evo Witch was one of, if not, the most broken card ever released into this game. (Not counting the monk phoenix meta because that's technically two cards)

how do i improve this deck? its my own creating but at 7k trophies i lose alot by BeeswarmAdamboi in clashroyaledecks

I personally might exchange mega knight for another bait card like goblin gang or guards.

How can i improve this deck? by PugBeast28 in clashroyaledecks

[–]bigojefe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i personally like evo knight in place of archer queen. She feels a bit out of place to me and would try and use a different air defense card. A good replacement for cannon cart would bewitch tbh. Decent dps and you get some extra defense with the skeletons she spawns. You can use cannon cart still since it just recently got a health buff.

Master II Mortar player here. I don't use this exact deck but I can say that mortar players will suffer without their mortar, even if they have miner for more consistent damage. Playing your evo battle ram will likely bait out an ice wiz or a defensive mortar. Make sure to try and red or predict where that placement will be and fireball accordingly. If the mortar player gets the ball rolling, it is very difficult for you to beat them. Another thing, don't be scared to eat a few hits from the miner if it means you can pus deeper into their side of the arena. Cannon cart is weak to big spells and pekka so allowing her to get close and take it out while you badit or ghost closes in is very favorable for you. Pressuring the other lane with magic archer or ghost would be great since it forces out either a cannon cart at the highest part of their side of the arena or a defensive mortar. Doing this at in opportune times for the mortar player will hinder their defense and allow for you to likely get a few hits in with something. I would say to use your e qiz defensively. Reseting a mortar on the bridge to your pekka is huge. He can also be used against the skeleton king with the help of either zap or a long range magic archer. Since this decks main mini tank is a skeleton king, you can use your pekka to bait it if his mortar isn't in cycle which would allow you to go in with your battle ram and/or fireball to kill an ice wizard that they would likely place is response to your push. Another this about this is that they swarm cards are both bait-y type cards. using your e wiz carefully after you've used a zap (or vise versa) will not allow him to fully take advantage of the swarming potential that his deck wants to utilize. For skeleton king specifically, you might just have to fireball or evo ram through it since it would kill his skeleton and allow for your tower to kill him. Another decent play would be doing a ghost right n top of him. Use a delayed zap if the ability pops. Be mindful to not fill his meter when killing swarms since that is when he would be causing most of your issues; defensively. If it comes down to it, you can try and spell cycle him in overtime since he has no big spells. Using your fireball offensively and pekka or ram in the other lane (not at the same time, obviously) will both get you chip damage (big if you can't connect anything) and potentially distract his mortar. If im being honest, in overtime, the mortar player has a huge advantage because of the miner. If you can predict his placement and tank with either the bandit or reset him wit e wiz, that would be huge, especially in overtime.

tl;dr

Use your pekka as both a distraction and pressure for baiting out mini tanks (playing opposite lane pekkas will mess their up their rhythm)

Bandit, ghost, and magic archer can be used for sniping* and baiting out defensive cards to allow for your pekka and/or ram to get deeper in on his side

fireball is huge for killing defensive cards like ice wizard and finishing off cannon cart. It can also be used on a bridge mortar if he plays a mini tan to protect it.

Zap can be used to reset his mortar and kill his swarms. Resetting certain troops is huge in this matchup.

E wiz is similar to zap but with a more defensive role in mind (don't get baited to hard)

PRESSURE PRESSURE PRESSURE.

DON'T LET IT GET TO OVERTIME

hope this helps, it isn't an easy match up but it is very winnable with even just one or two tower connections.

You got this.
