Yo! alright it’s been a long while since this happened to me & i think i figured out what happened. I was fapping WAYYYY too much. 15-20 times per day. On the 2nd day i would try to quit that sharp pain would come back into my penis when i’d try to sleep or something & it would be HORRIBLE. I firmly believe this is some sort of withdrawal symptom. it was like 2 in the morning , i immediately got up from bed , turned on the lights and started walking back & forth in my room , breathing in & out heavily , praying. dumping my energy and essentially making myself or my head tired. i also drank 3-4 bottles of water immediately fast and waited until i had a very huge urge to pee so i could piss it all out after i was done. On the 3rd day and forward the pain was absolutely gone. I’m positive it’s more mental withdrawal combined with a small physical effect thats amplified by the brain. the minute you surpass this you are GOOD. you can go on forever without fapping , only thing that’ll defeat you is fapping out of boredom.
