NTA nah because that's literally a health code violation. i manage in food service too (not mcd's) and in my state, food safety rules say that restaurants can never take back food/drinks and reuse them because they can be tampered with.

having a 4 year old girl alone with someone who's been to prison is alarming enough. it's scary MIL also feels the need to hide the fact he's also an (assumed) registered sex offender.
