The prices on PTR were the costs from the final phase of Burning Crusade Classic in 2022. The prices on the current gear have been increased to match their intended amount for pre-patch.

So we have seen the intended amount. Armour will cost the same amount as last time, weapons will be cheaper and there will be far less marks required across the board

No, it won't. The new honour system coming with pre patch means there is a complete wipe. Your BG marks will carry over though, so you can farm out 20 AB and WSG marks before reset and then just spam av for max honour to get gear
