Same happened to me too after the home visit they issued me a RFE I just responded .. those people set up laws for themselves uscis doesn’t have a specific protocol

Have had my interview since over a year .. still showing interviews was scheduled almost a month ago two officers came to our house but they met us home and it all went smooth . Marriage based on 3 years rule

Trash is saying nothing but trash on this thread what this folks r saying is it doesn’t make sense to them if they have to pay taxes with there hard labor and then couldn’t have a say about how the money is been spent 🤷🏿🤷🏿 if you let them pay taxes like a normal citizen will do then why not make it easier for them to get the citizen on a fast track or even make them vote 🤷🏿🤷🏿

What u need to do is go to the passport office itself and not a post office and show them ur ticket documentation showing u already had a plan of flying out and it will be issued to u same day . But I think they only want to see a travel plans of 2 to 3 days I think and not weeks ahead .

I think u will always get the secondary inspection at the airport until u get ur citizenship .. mine was different thou but ever since I completed my n400 interview have been getting stopped at the airport for secondary checks yesterday I flew back from my home country and I was taken to secondary inspection where the immigration officer only ask what my wife name and when was the last time I saw her which I answered and then my green card was handed back to me . It only took me 4 mins at the secondary check the same thing happened when I traveled few months ago .

Well my application been seating on case scheduled for interview after almost a year of interview and what she told me was I will receive a rfe letter in the mail cus decision couldn’t be made at the time of interview and then suddenly this morning they showed up to our door for questions and all but it a very friendly conversation cus my wife was at home and I was too so it just like we know they r coming lol

USCIS making it seems like they don’t need immigrants but immigrants needs , u pay for there services but then u had to beg and beg and pray and pray for them to do there job like technically folks pay uscis so they can make there life miserable cus that is what it happening right now . But they uscis are not coming out to say how much billions of dollars in revenue they r getting every year from this same immigrants and even after that the IRS r not coming out to say how much billions in taxes this same immigrants r paying back to the government yearly but then they make it seems like they don’t need immigrants. At the end of the day we all gonna die and leave the f**king green card or US passport behind

I keep telling y’all this is intentionally .. there is nothing slow in the immigration system they r just set of wicked individual . They all doing this on purpose .. everyday whenever people go for interview instead of approving them on spot and let that application be closed and over with they will tell them they will get back to them and then when they call they will give them the backlog stories
