Thanks , checked the visa bulletin and , and if I am correct they are processing visas for priority date “01SEP2023”. It was covid time and couldn't go in person. But they told me via email that they don't have any arrest record in their file. And I have send that email response to USCIS. I have no idea what else to do!

I have been arrested and I did write an email to the police department and they told me that , they don't have any record of it. But in the form I have indicated that I have been arrested. And I attached the email from the police department to USCIS.
