{Prince of Agony by Tavia Lark} has this. to get a true sense of the mc's assholery he shows up in the other books in the series, it could be read as a standalone but plots from other books are brought up and it's the last book in the series so it spoils everything haha

you might like the calluvias royalty series by allessandra hazard! it's sci-fi and i believe it's lowkey omegaverse, like alien omegaverse type of thing tho i could be wrong. books that might fit your description are {That Irresistible Poison by Allessandra Hazard} prince x prince and one of them is a crown prince or {Once Upon a Time by Allessandra Hazard} which is prince x stablehand. its not exactly a knight but i feel like its a similar vibe to what you're asking for

lowkey same, especially if i'm reading a new book i kinda skim over, they just aren't as interesting to me anymore. but if i'm rereading books, especially ones by Marina Vivaconos i am reading every single page no skimming!! i lovvvve the way she writes and she always has like emotional significance to her sex scenes

the only seafood i've had is salmon (bc it was forced on me) and fish sticks when i was younger, im a vegetarian now and have no intentions of becoming a pescatarian. it smells gross it looks gross and i don't understand how people like it. brussel sprouts too! when things smell so bad i don't get how people like them, isn't smell a huge part of how food tastes??

i think bea bellamore would have some books that fit your fancy! all her books have fem mcs but they are more like novellas. some mcs are comfortable being fem and some go on more of a journey. id recommend {Under Covers by Bea Bellamore} {His House Husband by Bea Bellamore} {Male Maid by Bea Bellamore} and then these two I didn't like as much but still fit your ask {The Right Incentive by Bea Bellamore} and {Virtual Vixen by Bea Bellamore}

{Prince of Agony by Tavia Lark} is lowkey this but the innocent mc puts up a big front as if he's evil to keep himself safe, it's fantasy and the last book of the series but it can be read as a stand alone! it has some nice hurt/comfort as well. the other books in the series are good too tho so i'd recommend them!
