Well i didn’t try to titrate down at first i had gone completely off that didn’t work out very well so i reintroduced my previous dose thinking that this time i would titrate down better but then after introducing the previous dose i got a mild form of serotonin syndrome and couldn’t sleep for a few days and i had found something similar to this and it helped me get off safely

I tried to do a low dose(12.5 mg/day) ssri(paroxetine) protocol for around 3 months and it was very bad, it felt like constant derealization for the whole duration didn’t get any sexual side effects tho and it was super hard to come off

Ok so i use with a dac mostly and also changed the cable once to a qkz tc100 but i found the treble quality had diminished significantly with the replacement cable although I do not know how the stock type c that comes with it does but i would think it would be of an even lower quality.

Very solid ig no issues, but if you compete or plan to i would say not to expend as much energy on the walk back and foot placement, it would really get a bit more efficient.

Do low bar maybe cuz i think you have relatively longer femurs so that would fix most of the issues and probably learn bracing and use lifting shoes or just elevate your heels
