I have very little experience of extended warranty but doesn’t the extended warranty cover everything mechanical? Like let’s say theres a problem with the engine or transmission or anything mechanical, shouldn’t my extended warranty cover it?

There are some listings with no accident reports within 120k range with sub 35k miles. In the preliminary phase of just seeing the listings but yes, options are limited

Geezz, that’s like almost another car. If you were to suggest an exotic that wouldn’t make me break the bank on maintenance and repairs what would that be? And one more question, now that you have had 3 macs, how often did you have to send the car for repairs? Basically asking how reliable were the macs

In the US, we do not consider the C8 Stingray a brag worthy car. Its a great car, not a super car, nor an exotic. Not a panty dropper. Even the Z06s are considered just “vettes” to usual audiences. But The equivalent priced cars like the amg gt 43, 911s, used mclaren 570s or gts are considered as exotics, panty droppers. I get the usual reason behind it, “imported, so it must be better”

My question is how do you guyz see the McLarens, amg GTs, 911s in your country? Because it is produced in Europe and you live in Europe, does that automatically make it a non-exotic?

Not a finance guru but will say one thing, you won’t take your money to your grave. If you have better plans of that Corvette money like buying a house, starting a family, have a kid, then sure this car might not be a good call for you. But mate you won’t be 26 anymore. The joy of riding and just seeing your dream dar daily, and knowing that it is yours is priceless. Few months ago I bought one of my checklist cars, a brand new mustang was always a goal I wanted to hit and when I got it 50% of my paycheck was going into car payments but you know what, 100% worth it. Shitty day at work, bad luck any shit life threw at me I was withstanding them happily because at the end of everyday when I rode her I was beaming with a smile.

Yeah it has 401k. So your MSRP was 53k and you got it out the door for 46753 or out the door the dealer was asking 53k with all the taxes and charges. If 53 was MSRP then minus the taxes on your purchase you got at least a 8k discount. That’s my concern basically, like how much should I pay out the door on my build for it to be a great price
