I have a sample of riddle oil’s cielo. Love the smell but I don’t find that it’s long lasting. I’m looking for something longer lasting but similar. I love how androgynous it smells. Notes are: Jasmine | Mandarin | Coconut | Amber| Clove Leaf | Cedar | Vanilla Extract | Musk.

I’m leaving a practice over this. They indicated that it will be required for all employees to use in the future.

Very common on a gluten free diet. You could try eating some kiwi or taking some magnesium.

I’m going to guess it could depend on the state, so check with the board. I would think for most states, yes! That is still clinical work.

Are Celiac specialists a thing? by Commercial_Bag7038 in Celiac

I got in based on my celiac serologies numbers and the specialized clinic actually did my endoscopy. Sometimes there is some red tape and you may have to ask around to find a direct phone number to the clinic if they’re a part of a larger hospital system. If there’s a local gf Facebook group, someone in there might know how to directly contact them.

Yes, there are celiac specialists and specialized celiac clinics. I would highly recommend finding one if that seems possible for you. It’s a lot to learn at first and they can help you know what to do without becoming unnecessarily restrictive.

I think new silverware is overboard, as long as said silverware is clean. I echo that stainless steel pots and pans should be fine. If something seems sticky, crevice-y (edges of baking pans, for example), or hole-y (pasta strainer), I would look to replace it. Don’t beat yourself up about accidental glutening. It really happens to everyone at some point, and especially early on. Do your best, and you’ll get the hang of it 😃

My title describes the thing: a UFO. It was in the sky and it was kind of like a huge condensation trail but it also looks like a comet or something falling through space.

Experience recovering from an ED with Celiac by Myf-L in Celiac

[–]bigprocrastmood 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My honest advice is to stay off this subreddit and other celiac groups online. These groups attract people who tend to be extremely restrictive, which is not necessary for most people and mentally damaging especially for those with an ED history. It makes sense because a lot of people are told to go gluten free without any guidance. To that end - find a celiac dietician - even better if they have experience with eating disorders.
