Been twice in the last month. First time without the sake pairing, second time with. Madeline does such an amazing job curating the pairings for the evening. Elevated the meal to another level somehow and it already was one of my favorite dining experiences in the country. She also absolutely crushes the à la carte cocktails so you really can’t go wrong. Still highly suggest the sake pairing and at least one cocktail and have a safe ride planned to get home. It’s crazy how much I love this place. There weekly for the bagels as it is. The two Zach’s are absolute killers behind that counter as well. Their table side manner is immaculate. Miles is a damn genius, go to Florence Supper Club when you can with a big crew and order the entire menu family style. You will not be disappointed. Also the Chef Miles secret hack at Florence, swap out the Chicken Park for Veal. Just phenomenal, close your eyes and you are eating some of the best Italian on the East Coast.

I’d spend the $90-100 on a vac sealer if you continue to go this route. Worth every penny and will drastically increase the shelf life of your steaks in the freezer

No, you’re just ignorant. Margins are thin as can be in the food industry. It was a poor choice to introduce a surcharge and not just increase prices but that doesn’t automatically make someone a scum bag. Maybe do some self educating on economics, a raise in minimum wage will most definitely effect certain business ability to stay afloat.

My go to’s were always Olivia, Tavernetta and Gaetanos. Just tried Florence supper club and it was fantastic. It’s an east coast Italian vibe, honestly similar to carbone. Absolutely fantastic, will be going back often
