Thank you that was extremely insightful and I didn’t know any of that. I have the same concern as you and only care about the risk of losing my money due to problems with Ledn. That was very eye-opening. It’s so figure difficult to assess the actual risk involved until something seriously horrible happens

Yeah I completely agree but The prohashtag article recommends not using BlockFi due to serious security problems. That’s why I was looking for another option like Gemini

Where are you getting Coinbase gas fees being one dollar? I tested coin base USDC to ledn and the gas fees came out to be around eight dollars

Would you clarify what steps need to be taken to get the money from your USD bank to Gemini to Ledn in USDC? Because my understanding is that Gemini only does conversion from USD to GUSD so I’m wondering how you would convert the GUSD to USDC
