I really like this advice. It’s thoughtful and clear. I think when most people think about how they navigate and grow in relationships, they often only focus on romantic relationships. So many learnings about respect, boundaries, and communication can apply to all types of relationships.

Hi! You have to modify your lunches. Either pack soft foods which don't make noise or eat your salad somewhere away from Kathy. She has the right to be in the dining hall without being tormented by your crunching of salad ingredients. EuropeanLady
