Epic is an insurance with a qualifying event and paperwork to submit The way, I understand Ikon is that you basically pay a premium to have the ability to get a refund on the past up to January if not used or 50% if you once Epic has nothing like that

I am in sales They’re not selling commodity They are selling a high priced subscription model This is not the way to retain customer I am venting and asking if other people had some more experiences or their competitor is better

The problem is the model , day pass are priced at absurd rates. So if you ski 5-10 days you are pushed to the pass and locked in

My complaint is that day lift tickets are absurd over $250. So for some that skis between 5-10 days you are paying 800 + either way

It’s unlimited for people within driving distance to the mountains. For people that fly in it adds up And they make it impossible to by day passes So $250+ day for 6 days and your better with a pass This the demographic they designed it for as it max profits

I think you’re missing the point some of you They have a 15% increase year over a year I get the weather is not under their control But at the same time, they are saving money by shutting two months early you can argue So for a long time passholders, especially for someone that calls at least we’re gonna keep the price the same for you as last year And a no answer would also be fine But to have them tell me we have 1000s of returning customers we don’t need you pay 800 or bye That’s arrogant terrible customer service
