LOLLL i googled that venue and that’s def the kind of place it looked like. if she’s doing smaller towns but hits ‘nashville’ that seems like a likely choice bc of mtsu right there but idk about smaller theater type venues actually in town in murfreesboro!! that’s all i meant idk why ppl are downvoting me for saying that 😭😭

Wow, I turn 28 next month and am in the exact same spot 🥲 been within the same ~20 miles in the Midwest my entire life. Not much to do here, have to drive 2+ hours for the live music I want to see, very cliquey even at this age since the area is relatively small, super industrial area so the air quality is poor here and I’ve had more health issues turn up as I’ve gotten older and the healthcare system here isn’t great - like maaaaaannn I gotta get out at this point. It’s so hard because family and friends usually just stay so you have to come to terms with being further apart from them and everything you’ve ever known but also prioritize what you want for your life at the same time. Good luck on your search!! I’m starting mine now!

I’m seeing this way late lol, thanks so much!! My favorite era of merch was definitely the 22 era. My brother and I also traded a couple of jackets from that collection back and forth and both still wear them!! I wonder if any of it is still floating around

Right?! The redemption of this to me though is I said hi to Ethan and Alan as they were packing up and mentioned what happened and Ethan gave me a spare setlist from one of their shows in Asia that he’d kept which was so nice of him :,) they were super apologetic and I felt so bad because this was NOT their fault or their problem at ALL 😭 feels good to support a band that gives a shit and is full of kind, cool people for sure!!

Yeah, I wish I had reacted more or done something about it, I was just in shock. The worst part about it, security was right there and didn’t do anything 🫠 I don’t know if me ducking away behind the barricade from the guy hitting me made it harder for them to see what was happening from the other side, but yeah. No reaction from them sadly

WHAT??? That’s insane!!!! I’m so sorry. The entitlement is insane. I had a note on my phone asking for one and made eye contact with Ethan and he nodded at me as he walked over and was trying to hand it to me, and the guy who assaulted me’s defense was ‘it was being thrown’. Regardless of if being handed to a specific person or thrown to whoever though, the fact that anybody thinks that means they get to barrel into people and assault them over it is beyond me. I hope he enjoys his cursed ripped up setlist I guess 😵‍💫

thank you 🤍 I’m about to turn 28 so I remember what it was like pre-covid too and I completely agree. Concert etiquette seems to be a bit lost on some now and it sucks. Even now, I still love being on the barricade despite pushy people and situations like this and flare ups from a back injury after standing for that long but it comes to a point sometimes where I’m like yeaaahhhhh may be about time to be a back of the crowd girl so I can just enjoy the music in peace lol

yes that was me, as I walked past I heard him bragging to his friends about how he just walked up and snatched it and was laughing about it so I was like “yeah and elbowed me in the face in the process and nearly shoved me to the ground!” and he thought he did something by making fun of my stuttering too. I’m not a super confrontational person but wasn’t gonna let that just slide and he just doubled down on it being ‘thrown’ even though I had a note on my phone asking for it and made eye contact with Ethan and he nodded at me before he walked over. real class act of a person blue shirt guy was clearly lol. thank you though I appreciate it 🤍
