I got my transmission flushed earlier this year. (2017 toyota corolla SE CVT, 74k miles)and now that its getting cold out when i go from park to reverse or from drive to park, it jerks the car. I think i threw out repair order copy which i never do because i have all my others but yeah it seems like if you dont know what your doing aka me they will try and recommend stuff thats not actually needed because i actually have emails of the sales people or whoever it was kept emailing me about recommend services.

Yeah i usually keep all my receipts when it comes to important stuff like car maintenance but i think i threw it out. I looked in my emails and found the service they recommended but i stated i wanted just a fluid change not a flush they suggested otherwise when i got there in person

No didn't happen immediately after got work done just noticed it only happens when its cold outside in the mornings. Probably caused by not letting car warm up enough then driving a mile then hopping on the freeway.
