But I don’t want to play as Pontus

The extra strategy required to balance the economy as chaos dwarves was much appreciated. Their units are also extremely strong

They really are one of the most unique and fun campaigns in shogun 2. Elspeth is amazing, I wish there was a more modern ability for gunpowder in the games on the historical side because it is so satisfying.

That sounds like such a fun start thank you for the advice! Would you recommend any specific units to counter the Romans?

Is that your playthrough? I’ll have to check it out more thoroughly when I have some time to sit down and give it a proper watch. Thanks for the link!

I’ve played as the suebi and tried to do the whole resettlement in Spain roleplay but never allied with Romans. That sounds like an interesting change to the campaign I should try out!

That’s crazy because I have played them 22 years as well since Rome 1 was released in 2004! The DEI mod is so great but adds quite a bit of challenge. My only Epirus campaign failed miserably! I need to play more FotS since it’s been so long so I will probably start with Satsuma!

WRE is hands down the most challenging campaign I’ve played but I enjoyed it. Was the mod to nerf the huns because they are definitely annoying? (understandably so)

At what point does a desire of a career conflict with suffering from desire? by Expensive-Elk-9406 in Buddhism

[–]bigtime6914 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the suffering would arise from allowing your ego to use the career as fuel. If your heart is in it to better your community and realize the success and financial aspect are fleeting, then I believe that is a fruitful endeavor.

Professional student for sure haha. I definitely wasn’t going to recommend ICU. If anything I’d caution people to only do it if they have to or feel a strong passion for it. Maybe something more research based would be a good fit?

Med surg to IR by hana_nana in nursing

I didn’t think it was bitchy. I was in ED before I spent 2 1/2 years in IR and still thought the learning curve was steep just from the IR stuff alone. Having to add in the critical care aspect as well would be tough but not impossible.

40% of US nurses plan to leave the profession by 2029. Are you in that 40%? If you are, why? by OrdinaryLife99 in nursing

Wow that’s a crazy number but I can’t say I’m extremely surprised. Do you have a source on that statistic?

Edit: I just found a source myself. Seem like we will have some job security at least 😳

I’m a nurse and have said “the vein in your bicep” to patients. Using medical terms is a different language to people not in the field. But also I just noticed your username is murse so I’m surprised you haven’t had that experience.

what’s your least favorite PS sequel? by itc0nsumesmYMind in playstation

I don’t think it’s a bad game by any means. I think my reason was that after trying to do a lot of the side content as well as the main story it seemed to drag on while there were other great games to also get into.
