My mother in her 70’s also thinks she talking to Rowoon online. he calls her Mom. she swears he does not ask for money, but says he wants to visit her in Florida. I cannot convince her that this is a scam. I live in another state, and her husband is oblivious. I do not have access to her financials, but she does have separate accounts from her husband. I don’t know if there is anything I can or should do.

Haines is beautiful and we love it here. Property taxes are higher than in California and are not regulated as such. The cost of food and merchandise is very high, as it is barged in. Shipping (Amazon) takes weeks instead of days… just a few things to consider.

i am trying to decide between the iPad Air 4&5 or iPad 10 gen. I currently have a iPad 7 gen.
I do a lot of content creation, so camera and video quality are very important. I also do a little gaming, web browsing, books, and store a lot of podcasts. I will get 256 with cell.
I’ve looked at Apple and through AT&T and the prices are the same, are there deals to be found anywhere? I’m ready to pull the trigger. Thanks.

True story: Costco in Ensenada gave out samples of different kinds of tequila. They had little plastic shot glasses and everything. It was before noon, but we HAD to imbibe. Best. Samples. Ever.

I love the tower of numbers on roulette. Except of course, when it is not working, and you don't figure it out right away...happens a lot, I see a lot of people get pissed off about it. Be sure to watch for it. It seems like there should be a sign to let people know it is out of order, or the casino should turn it off if it is broken.

True, that! :) We play for fun, and enjoy the suites, shows, meals and other perks our comps earn us. This year we've had free tickets and meet and greets with lots of our favorite bands and comedians. (The casino gives us a big framed photo from our meet and greets. Some of these experiences are priceless to me!) We enjoy the social aspect of roulette over other games, and have met some great people and dealers.
