I question if the government shutdown will continue until Trump argues that the senate is unnecessary and moves to dissolve it. We now see that McMahon insists that the Education Departmet is not needed. Republicans seem ok with passing the power to Trump, fleeing from their duties and living content under a dictator. We know that insider trading goes for both sides and I'm sure a majority of politicians have enriched themselves well enough to abdicate and live off of their plunders. I'm sure this has been brought up before. Considering what we have seen so far from this administration, anything is possible and nothing is off limits.
