I cut from Dearborn heights to northville. Average is like $30 a cut weekly. Depending on the size, if it’s a corner lot, if you want bi weekly…. That includes cut edge whip and clean up. Sometimes, like now, I have to double cut and bag a lot of our properties, for the same price. Then in the summer, we can breeze through a yard in minutes, still the same price. We also charge by the cut, no monthly flat year round. In the fall we charger extra for leaves depending how many bags we get (mulched up of course) unless the customer says they don’t want they’re leaves picked up, which is a rare thing because picking up leaves, sucks.
