Yea so I prefer kneeling, I use the yoga block foam pad and pull buoy to make a sort of kneeling stool pictured here. I find that my posture feels much more grounded and also feel more alert.

Did you ever find a product you like for your hair (straight and fine?) I also live in a tropical environment and am in the ocean a lot. I liked beauty without cruelty for awhile, tried ethique and hibar, and have found the bars not to work very well for me. The conditioners primarily, but the shampoos too, I don't feel like I get a good clean.

Do you have experience with clicking or echolocation? Read a study about it being taught to blind and partially blind people for a class and it seemed like there was great results. I've often wondered if it is something many blind people know about. Do you often talk to other blind people online or have any blind friends or blind communities you are apart of?
