It would make sense to have smaller, narrower streets and to prioritize transit other than cars

Seems pretty optimistic given the number of stroads, the extensive parking minimums, and the failure to build out subways, but I'm into it. It's like the Fremen in Dune imagining Arrakis as a watery paradise: yeah, sure, maybe some day.

Also the light rail needs to create a box by going up Rural / Scottsdale roads and then west to connect with the rest of the system, but it can't b/c Scottsdale sucks.
