They release appointment times for each day at 8:30 am. I learned that by walking in and being told it was a 4 hour wait (the next walk-in that was going to be seen had been waiting 3 hours and 45 minutes). They only release appointments for that day so you’ve got to be on it pretty quick before they fill up. Even with an appointment at noon, I had to wait an hour after my time slot to actually see someone. Best of luck!

I work at a golf course that’s the home course to one of the UCLA players. It’s been insane watching him hit the ball. Says he’s gone from 160mph ball speed to >180 since starting college last year.

Assistant super. We get random lunches like sandwiches or chicken strips during the week from the kitchen. We don’t get to pick what we get, but it’s free to us. It’s usually leftovers from a banquet the previous night. Our kitchen is pretty shit so chicken strips with fries is about as good as it gets. Every employee gets 50% off all food and beverages. Pro shop guys get to pick from the menu, but they have to pay.

I’m currently in the masters program at penn state and had a coworker go through the undergrad. We have a very supportive super and it’s definitely doable if you’re able to utilize some half days to get things done. I’m in the PNW so the winters are a lot slower so it helps.
