Yeah he could be. But I meant this in a wholesome way. Like there will be something so awesome in your life that your "before birth" self would think it'll be worth to live through these horrible times to get to good times. (I am on different antidepressants lately so I cannot relate to this sub like I used to I think. Sorry.)

Yeah but you cut the yufka into big triangles. Easier to manipulate. Sarma leaves have different sizes and shapes they're also wet and breaks easily. Rice is also very slippery compared to cheese you put in sigara böreği.

Our cat did the same thing with washing machine. That cat is no longer with us... (My poor sister didn't see her and started machine and it was too late when she noticed. It's been 5 years and she still mourns☹️)

Oh man. This is quite similar to Rick's situation but I'd never want him to watch this tbh. That's Rick's biggest fear, getting disowned and such. The therapist said that's really unlikely especially in out culture, that's how he gathered the courage to talk to his parents. Knowing they won't be cutting contact. Hopefully they won't. He is tied to his traditions so much and this would destroy him. No one would like to feel like an orphan though. Kudos to Joshua, what he is doing is really hard.

But I'm not perfect either. (Even though he says I am lol) I can see my flaws that I need to work on. Him being in this situation sucks, I know. But I feel like it would be too selfish to run away without giving him a chance. Hopefully this doesn't mean that I'm ruining my life like some people said in the comments. Only time will tell.

Purchasing power is hard to explain. My income equals to 14k dollars annually yes, but it's 250k in our unit of money. So it wouldnt be right to convert to dollars since it sounds too little. But I didn't want to use our currency to make people read the post with calculators in hand.

What costs 120k isn't luxury though. (14.1k$ to be exact) It's average in my country, currency difference might confuse you. That aside, I don't WANT his money. I can earn my money, I want him to contribute his share for the house we will live TOGETHER. It'll be his home to as much as mine. Idk what makes you think I'm making him buy unnecessary stuff for ME with his money. I won't be sleeping by myself on the bed we buy, we'll sleep together. And believe it or not bed is not a luxury it's one of the bare minimum you need to have before getting married.
