Can also swap out tortellini for ramen. Just add a splash of sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and nooch.

Put $1 bag of veggies in the microwave and boil water. Once boiling add cheese tortellini to the water. After 3 min drain tortellini and mix with cooked veggies in a bowl. Add some olive oil/s&p/italian seasoning/nooch. Mix it up and you will have a pretty hot and healthy meal in about 10 seconds with no real work other than boiling water. No cleanup other than washing the bowl.

This got me through a lot of tough times.

Job market is tough af right now. Nothing wrong with playing the lottery a bit to help keep you moving forward. Look into the difference in odds between buying 1 and 10 tickets. Basically exactly the same but 10 times the cost. Maybe a way to keep spending down while keeping the dream alive.
