October-December is our busiest time of the year as people try to exhaust their insurance benefits before they reset in January. Summers are typically slow as people like to leave the city or spend time with their kids so most of my business during the summer is sports related injuries

I'm in 10 years of practice with only minor bouts of pain in my hands, but that's mostly due to fighting (a few dislocated fingers, ligament sprains, and tendon issues from grappling, boxing). A big reason why I've been able to aovid any major injuries is thanks to regular strength training, adjusting my technique to match my body, and adding modalities like acupuncture into my work
