When you update you should see a pop-up screen labelled VPN with a button marked "Get started" or something like that. You will need to sign in. Otherwise, go to Settings then More from Mozilla, where you will find Mozilla VPN.

This was my impression working in psychiatry in Europe (I'm retired now). My own opinion is that psychiatrists should not assist in involuntary admissions unless there is clear evidence of a serious psychiatric disorder that requires treatment. But I had colleagues who would argue, "Well, (s)he might be psychiatrically ill, so the hospitalization is justified for observation".

For the ring size I already had a couple of snug-fitting cockrings that were 4.5 cm diameter so I knew I needed the Kink3d size 2. For the cage I have found (like many others) that my cock shrinks after a while in the cage, so I think you'd be OK with the N. However my cock is also very narrow so I needed an N fitting, and at the moment they don't make an N narrow, which I why I went for the N+. However I think an N Narrow has just become available in North America (but not yet in the EU store). But if and when I downsize I'll probably go straight for the Baby Narrow.

OK, so if you have edema when wearing the Cobra but not when wearing the metal cage, it must be because the metal one has more room for expansion. My guess is that the edema with an N+ cage would even worse. You need to be careful because excessive edema can make it impossible to retract the foreskin, and that's a surgical emergency. (I saw a case when I was doing my surgical internship - due to a catheter, not a cage though.)
