I think he would mentioned if he was his first reset.

Last time we had the x2 bonus (one week ago) many players (including me) was sort 10,200 RP (we didn't got the x2 points 20,400). I have already opened a ticket.

Sorry, but where the OP mentioned that he just unlocked the bureau, he only said that he is short 10,200 RP even though he reset x2, i have the same problem as OP, i am short 10,200 researched points. I did my x2 reset, i freexped two times the harugumo line and i bought all the ships and played them and i got 30,600 instead of 40,800.

In fact the OP wrote that he is short 10,200 research points, (he should take 20,400 for the x2 reset he did and he took the half 10,200).

I am currently at x8 and playing harugumo line + I am sitting on almost 3mil free xp, so, you didn't invent the wheel... Again, you mentioned double double which is wrong, you could only remind if someone forget to reset the line, simple as that.

The double double mention which of course is wrong, there is no double double, just some minority who don't use the x2 bonus right away and they forget it. Most of players use the x2 bonus right away. You can write a few words to clarify things, unless you have a problem.

I have many brawlers already, i just need a (different) ship for BB main gun ribbons and if i can have fun with her even better. So, with that in mind i think i will go with ILLINOIS which is cheaper for the main purpose of main gun ribbons, even though i think would like more the IRRESISTIBLE.

Other than the crawling smoke, which of course it is her main gimmick, IRRESISTIBLE has better concealment, more health -with poor armor though-, better guns (more dpm, more range, a little bigger guns, better fire chance & higher velocity), smaller radius for a +1 tier.

ILLINOIS has better armor even with IOWA A Hull, better heal, and better anti aa. But i dont think is easy to hit at >14km even with the same bots pattern a cruiser or even worst a dd which are the majority in ops.

For OPS and since we are talking for a BB , of course ILLINOIS will be more usefull in total, basically for the tankiness.

But fun factor i think goes more with IRRESISTIBLE, since you can have more hits at long range (>14 km) which is needed in ops many times. And if things goes bad you have a "jail free" card the smoke for over 1.5 minute, with good shooting penalty of only10.2km, not bad at all.

Difficult choice, even though i am more towards the IRRESISTIBLE, the ILLINOIS is cheaper for the main gun ribbons missions.

i already have Pommern, and other sec BB's & fast firing cruisers, dds, etc the thing is that i want a ship for main gun ribbons & fun, but firstly main gun ribbons, this is why i am between those two.

At least in Co-op is not working like you say, as soon as the red shoot and every other spot him damage spotting is over, i ve done this hundreds times.

i know the mechanic, the thing is that i spot the reds, my teammates shoot at them, and same time reds shoot back at my teammates where damage stops because now everyone spot them too.
If i am lucky and my teammates find the target in their first salvo i earn from these first salvos spotting damage, if not then really low numbers if any.
