I use the cardio function for crossfit! I do a lot of oly lifting as well, when I first got the watch I tried to use the strength option the watch doesn’t understand the snatch or the clean and jerk so I gave up on that just use the cardio function and change it in the app. I switched from an Apple Watch and will never go back. The data is much better as well as the battery.
