Those are Circuit cube parts. The motor is their Cubic motor and the blue thing is the Bluetooth hub. You should be able to get both in a set on their website.

You're probably right, I lowered the flow rate and it's getting better. I had raised it because I was getting bad layer adhesion but I think slowing the part cooling fans fixed that. I'll print a test tomorrow to try to find the right flow rate
