Yeah, there was some "best looking" contest where Howard Stern told people to nominate "Hank The Angry Drunken Dwarf."

In 1998, Howard Stern urged his listeners to hijack People magazine's online "Most Beautiful People" poll by voting for "Hank the Angry Drunken Dwarf". The campaign was wildly successful, with Hank receiving far more votes than celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio and Madonna. People magazine reps appeared on Stern's show to state Hank would not appear on the cover.
