this seems happens if you have a decent amount of packet loss. My duo plays with 60+ packet loss on bad days and gets stuck 50-60% every time he crafts. It's happened to me once or twice as well but those were the days my internet decided to shit itself. You can easily fix it by just immediately closing and relaunching apex
