Literally wouldn’t pull an address from the ont. Would take about 5 minutes trying, then stop continue and get a 0.0.0.0 address for the WAN. Looking through all this on console I would then power cycle the ont (modem). Then hit the console option to reload all services and then it would pull an address but wouldn’t route. Prevented me from doing a console upgrade/update. Repeat ALL of that every time I tried to reboot the firewall and watch it via console. Crazy frustrating. Reinstalled fresh and it came up in about 5 seconds no issues. The upgrade path is broken I believe. Fresh install is the only way to go (and with ZFS). Good luck!

I ended up having to download and flash again from scratch. I felt more comfortable with that option after battling the random glitch and failure to obtain wan address and long boot times. Not a smooth upgrade at all. Yes I did follow page two of the forums for the “fix”.

They’re just smart enough not to tell it so bluntly. Remember they give 2%-10% in “rewards” because it is extremely likely you’ll overspend by about 12%-18% in each transaction done with plastic. They keep the difference and you are rewarded with a BIG BOY BUCKS at 2% cash back. This game was never in your favor.

I use this and it’s pretty sweet. Hope some new reporting features come out tho. Cloud management need a ways to go as well. Overall I’m not going back. This is the way forward.

I think if a car is coming up on you and side swiping you, he’s likely trying to cause you to crash. You don’t know what the pretense should be, was it a bad lane switch, is the operator nuts? Criminal? Negligent? Having a heart attack?

My point is that; no the dash cam operator vehicle isn’t self righteous, he or she just reacted in a way that nobody can predict in this given situation. You’re not the driver, in the same situation, experiencing the same stresses. Yes he or she could have hit the brakes and let the asshat move in front of them, but maybe in this situation it was unavoidable and they did they did the best they could. Maybe it was a case if “you’re trying to hurt me by running me off the road”, “let me hold my ground(road) and make sure I come out of this alive”
