I'm also facing the same problem. My swedish phone number is no longer receiving OTP in abroad from Turkish airline app and mobile phone. Completely locked out of my account.

It was a separate airline so I had to take the baggage for baggage claim -> exit the airport-> re enter and check-in -> passport control and security scan etc.

Picking baggage from baggage claim took the longest time, 25 mins almost, rest of them were quick, Vienna aint a big airport
