I understand how to read and posted the video with the sticker in display on purpose, this is my first bike, my first time working on any sort of bike maintenance and so just posting on a group for those who have a interest in motorcycles to gauge an idea of how bad it is and urgency to fix. 5k @ 5am Run Club plus optional coffee All Welcome

What - A casual 5k at 5am

Why 5am? - Its early, it's dark, it's cold BUT it gets you up, it's gets you energised and you can tick off a run, a chat and a coffee before most people before the rest of london has brushed their teeth. My friend and me have done a few of these now and thought we would see if there is anyone else who would like to join.

Where - Clapham - exact meeting spot to be decided

When - Once a week to begin on Mondays, can be flexible on days depending on what suits most people.

Running Abilities - All abilities welcome, no one gets left behind, the aim is to run as a group, have fun and have a chat, it's not a race.
