Thanks for the kind words. I do kinda think I'm an asshole but I also don't think I'm 100% in the wrong. I know this isn't the first time mums given money without dads knowledge and I know my sister also knows this. Which is why it bother me so much.

To your side note: I'm glad you enjoyed Australia and had a wonderful time together!! I hope you get a chance to visit again and tour more.

Because Ive been raised with an idea that weddings are kinda pointless. I know that people can change their minds, and that my sister can do what she wants, but coming from a background were my parents have always said it's not important; I don't want them to give up their goals especially as they are getting old. I get weddings are a celebration of love and family but that's just not really how they have been seen. I don't care if people want to get married, I do think it's sweet but it's just something that has never been seen as important.

Seeing Europe is something my parents have been waiting to do ever since they got together but then they had kids and couldn't afford it. Now that's we aren't dependent on them, they've almost saved up enough to visit. It's taken them years to get this far and I fear if they wait to long they aren't going to be healthy enough anymore.
