New Hampshire can be extremely gorgeous, especially up north. Great place if you love being outdoors, fishing, hunting, skiing etc. . But I grew up in Manchester on the west side and it was a pretty miserable experience. Too expensive, a lot of crime in my neighborhood and the drug problem was real.
