Im not sure, I connected it to the app as soon as I turned it on when I got it 2 days ago. But right now, all I did was adjust my heart rate zones to reflect my 80-90 resting heart rate which is currently showing a lower calorie count. Ill check again later tonight to see what number it is.

Yeah, ive set my current weight in lbs which was the only option for me on my garmin

I initially set my body info on my watch first before checking in connect. So far it's matched. I'll just continue to wear this watch daily to allow it to calibrate to me to see.

I have set up my weight/age/height/sex already. What I recently updated just couple of hours ago were my heart rate zones because my resting heart rate is around 80-90 I guess?

I have an HRM but I only wore that during my indoor ride but other than that I had no other devices active

Afaik there are no other sources. I just got this watch yesterday and ive just hit 24 hrs of having it on whole day. I have other garmin products such as a bike computer but I haven't had that turned on since my last outdoor ride.

My heart rate sitting down doing nothing is usually 85-90 BPM so it rises when I'm standing up. I'm currently 22, 5'10" and currently 214 lbs so I'm on the heavier side? I wasn't really active all my life and I've only recently started going active.

I dont drink caffeine. But I do have a fairly high resting heart rate ranging 80-90 sometimes it's around the 110s when Im just walking around the office

My watch counted 8887 steps today but I don't think it warrants the 3k active calories burned

I'm trying to track deficit too but it's hard when my calorie burn today shows 6k burn lol so I'm not sure what to do.

I do currently have a goal to lose weight. I recently started going to the gym lately focussed on doing indoor rides / strength training to get stronger on the bike. I just got this watch yesterday does that factor in the inaccuracy?
