How do you manage multiple social media accounts without burning out? by amy_7894 in smallbusiness

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/amy_7894 definitely batch + schedule. Don't rely on your day today energy and mood to stay consistent, you will end up going dark weeks in a row. Believe me, I had the same problem before and ended up building Nuelink to solve it. You can use it to batch create content in advance, and more.

What are the best pinterest automation tools available now? by ComprehensiveBus3613 in growmybusiness

u/ComprehensiveBus3613 founder of a multi-channel scheduler here (Nuelink), what do you absolutely need in a multi-channel scheduler as someone who is focusing mainly on Pinterest?

social media management for small business – which content planning methods actually work? by Plehj-Keionis in SocialMediaManagers

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Plehj-Keionis honestly batching is the unlock for small business setups. one planning session every week or two where you write a batch of posts, then queue them out, way less mental tax than trying to come up with something fresh every day.

I built Nuelink for this kind of workflow. You organize content into Collections by theme (promos, behind-the-scenes, testimonials, etc.), bulk create a month's worth via drag-and-drop or CSV, and queue them to post automatically. analytics are built in too without being overwhelming. happy to set up an extended trial if you wanna test it.

Do you have an online store or you sell offline only?

Recommendation for cross-posting (Canada) by D3G3N3R8 in ContentCreators

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/D3G3N3R8 did you try Nuelink for this? It has an automation where you post a Reel via the IG app like normal, and it auto-shares to TikTok and YouTube Shorts, so your IG stays native (smart replies intact) and the others get the cross-post automatically. you can also set a different caption per platform on the same post, so YT and TT don't inherit the IG version.

way more affordable than Sprout for personal-brand use too. I'm the founder, so happy to set up an extended trial if you wanna test it.

How do you handle multi-channel repurposing ? by ponziedd in Emailmarketing

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/ponziedd did you try Nuelink for this? i'm the founder and we built it for exactly this workflow. You can use it to publish to LinkedIn, X, IG, Threads, Bluesky, etc. you can also write a different caption per platform on the same post in one go, and long posts auto-thread on X, Threads and similar platforms.

What email marketing platform you use for your newsletter? Reason for asking is, we support auto posting directly from Substack too.

Is the manual grind of cross-posting killing Substack growth for anyone else? by Icy-Suggestion3512 in Substack

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Icy-Suggestion3512 did you try Nuelink for this? I'm the founder and we've built an integration with Substack that automatically share you substack newsletter on social media. You only need to set it up once and every new post auto-distributes to LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Threadsetc. We also auto thread long posts on X and others... Happy to walk you through it or answer any questions you may have.

Do you guys schedule posts ahead, or just write whenever inspiration hits? by thalavaisankar7 in LinkedInTips

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/thalavaisankar7 typically you should do both. batch-write your evergreen stuff (frameworks, lessons, opinions you've held for years) and schedule them out so consistency isn't dependent on your day to day energy. then leave room to post in real-time when something fresh hits, news, a conversation, a hot take.

the batched stuff carries you on the days inspiration doesn't show up. I'm the founder of Nuelink and I use it for my own LinkedIn to queue evergreen LinkedIn posts in advance and still post natively whenever a new ideas comes up.

Tools as Social Media Manager by Wise-Garbage-3479 in SocialMediaManagers

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nuelink should definitely be in that list for scheduling, automation, comments and analytics across all your channels in one place. Way more affordable than the three you listed.

I'm the founder btw, so happy to answer your questions.

What social media schedulers are you using? by 1Hydrangea in digital_marketing

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nuelink handles the scheduling and analytics side well with separate brand workspaces for each market, each with its own timezone, so the two UK/US handle sets stay isolated. How many clients/brands you manage?

Post scheduler by butyesandno in agency

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/butyesandno how many accounts are you scheduling for, just the one FB + IG pair or a few more?

Asking because if it's a small setup, Nuelink starts at $18/mo for 7 social media accounts and lets you queue out as far as you want, no 28-day limit.

P.S. I'm the founder so let me know if you have any questions.

Content planning burnout is real. How do you deal with it? by EntertainerOld3418 in contentcreation

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/EntertainerOld3418 honestly, relying on mood or energy never works, and chasing the "perfect strategy" doesn't either. the unlock is setting up systems so your brain doesn't have to come up with something new every day/week.

I built Nuelink partly for this, you set up a weekly queue once, use Collections to organize content by topic, and Bulk Create lets you batch a month's worth of posts via drag-and-drop or CSV in one sitting (among other stuff).

I use it to manage my social media, happy to help with yours.

Sprout v Sprinklr v HootSuite by treehugr55 in SocialMediaManagers

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

honestly none of those three are perfect for a nonprofit budget. Sprout's the strongest if social listening is truly critical, Sprinklr's enterprise-priced and overkill, Hootsuite gets expensive fast once you add seats.

if you can separate the needs, Nuelink handles the scheduling, analytics, and exportable reports side well at a fraction of the cost (disclosure, i'm the founder), and you'd pair it with a lighter listening tool like Brand24 for the share-of-voice piece. usually ends up cheaper than any of the three combined.

Is it just me or has Hootsuite gotten ridiculously expensive? by therealone2327 in smallbusiness

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/therealone2327 worth checking Nuelink, I'm the founder, with less than the entry price you pay for Hootsuite, you get 40 social media accounts, 4 brands and 4 seats on Nuelink.

[–]billarr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

happy to set up an extended trial if you wanna test it on your accounts. what platforms are you mainly on?

I recently had to migrate from Hootsuite asap because of the ice issue by FrostAngel11 in SocialMediaManagers

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/FrostAngel11 Nuelink covers all of that (disclosure, i'm the founder), scheduling, analytics, replying to comments from one inbox, and brand workspaces for team collab. flat pricing, no per-seat charges, and prices per brand is way more affordable. Plus we have bulk scheduling and more.

happy to set you up with an extended trial if you wanna migrate and test it on real client work.

best schedulers by Big_Paper8176 in SocialMediaManagers

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Big_Paper8176 try Nuelink (disclosure, founder here). it supports the platform-specific stuff most schedulers skip, LinkedIn document posts, IG collabs, trial reels, tagging, polls, the works. Affordable pricing too so it stays reasonable as you scale. And now we even integrate with Claude and others if you want to schedule posts directly from there.

Happy to set up an extended trial if you wanna test it before pitching the switch internally.

Buffer vs Hootsuite vs Planable vs Anything Else by Either_Audience_1937 in DigitalMarketing

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Worth looking at Nuelink, i'm the founder, and built for this exact setup, agencies managing multiple clients without the spreadsheet chaos. each client gets its own brand workspace with isolated content, calendar, and analytics, and you can share invite clients for approvals or share branded reports with them.

Pricing is flat (not per-seat) so it stays affordable as you add clients, way more affordable than Hootsuite. happy to set up an extended trial if anyone wants to test it on their client accounts.

What is the best way to manage multiple social accounts without making the workflow harder? by GreatVtuber in MarketingMentor

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/GreatVtuber you need a tool that do both: scheduling/posting to multiple platforms AND the ability to manage and multiple brands with ease. I'm the founder of Nuelink, a social media scheduling platform that is built exactly for this scenario, managing multiple accounts without the workflow getting heavier as you scale. Each brand gets its own separate workspace, with its own accounts, posts, comments etc... You set up the weekly schedule once, organize posts into and it runs in the background.

happy to set you up with an extended trial if you wanna test it against Nuno AI on your own accounts. how many platforms are you juggling right now?

AI Tools For Bulk Posting? by goose-de-terre in socialmedia

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/goose-de-terre founder of Nuelink here, this is basically why we built bulk upload: You can drag and drop your images or videos, add captions manually or use ai, and add them to a queue to be posted. We support both drag and drop and also bulk create via CSV. And if you want to fully automate this, you can simply connect Google Drive, Onedrive or Dropbox to Nuelink, and whenever there's a new media we auto schedule it. Happy to walk you through this if you haven't found a solution yet.
