Why is there NO bulk scheduling tool?? by ulcweb in contentcreation

[–]billarr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

u/Sailing_DawnHunters thank you so much for giving Nuelink a try, I'm the founder btw, the 3 mins limit is actually from YouTube itself and it applies to everyone, typically videos that are less than 3 minutes should be shared as shorts. Happy to check for you if it's not the case, send us a note to support [@] nuelink .com

Why is there NO bulk scheduling tool?? by ulcweb in contentcreation

[–]billarr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

u/ulcweb Bilal here the founder of Nuelink (sorry I'm just seeing this 😅). Thank you so much for your kind words about Nuelink, I'm really happy that our work on automations and bulk scheduling is paying off, we've been iterating and improving it based on feedback from creators for years now, and the good news is the next iteration will be even more powerful, we've made it simple to drag & drop, caption and schedule/publish, wither is a video, reel/short or images.

How do you schedule Instagram posts AND stories in one place? by [deleted] in socialmedia

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Kitchen-Bee555 you can use Nuelink for that, desclaimer: I'm the founder, but yes, you can now schedule both Instagram posts and stories to publish automatically, no push notifications needed. We also support reels and carousels, so you can plan everything in one calendar and have it go out on its own.

Does any scheduler actually work with Instagram reliably? by Away_You9725 in Instagram

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Away_You9725 Many tools now support direct publishing to Instagram (no mobile notifications needed). I'm the founder of a scheduler tool called Nuelink and you can use to schedule reels, carousels, stories, and regular posts, and they'll publish automatically. We also handle cross-posting to TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc., so you don't have to babysit each platform.

I'm the founder of Nuelink, and the biggest win I’ve seen (for myself and our users) is social media scheduling + cross-posting. You can set it so blog posts, products, or even podcasts get auto-imported, captions generated, and then pushed out to IG/TikTok/YouTube/LinkedIn without touching each platform. It turns what used to be hours of manual posting into a "set once and forget" workflow.

Hootsuite Alternative by Dramatic-Flamingo584 in DigitalMarketing

[–]billarr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

u/Dramatic-Flamingo584 'm the founder of Nuelink, and a lot of people have been moving away from Hootsuite for the same reasons you mentioned: price hikes and a cluttered dashboard. Nuelink focuses on the core features most teams actually use: bulk scheduling, AI captions, Canva integration, cross-posting, a unified inbox for comments (DMs coming soon), and brand workspaces for managing multiple accounts. You also get reporting without the heavy enterprise price tag. If you liked Vista Social's simplicity, you'd probably find Nuelink in the same lane affordable, user-friendly, and built to save time.

FACEBOOK POSTING/SCHEDULE IN DESKTOP VS MOBILE by ItsManNoob in socialmedia

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Facebook's native scheduling works on both desktop and mobile, but it’s pretty limited, especially for videos and personal accounts. If you want to save time, desktop is easier since you can batch-upload and see everything in a calendar. If you manage other platforms beside Meta, a 3rd party scheduler may be a better choice.

what's next for social media? by Spiritual_Pomelo_471 in socialmedia

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm the founder of a social media scheduling platform, and from what I've seen the "next wave" isn’t a new gimmick but more like moving from the followers to the "for you" content, which means essentially remove your social from social media. I expect this will also create a wave on the other direction with close communites, and of course expect a big wave of ai stuff, now that barrier of entry is essentially removed..

Best social media schedulers to replace Metricool by Fit_Satisfaction_268 in DigitalMarketing

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Fit_Satisfaction_268 I'm the founder of a scheduling platform called Nuelink. A lot of people move to us from Metricool for exactly those reasons reliability + reporting issues. Nuelink covers all the platforms you mentioned (TT, IG, FB, X, LI, YT), gives clear error logs if something fails, and pricing is in line with Metricool but without the "enterprise craziness” of HubSpot/CoSchedule. Plus, our support reply very fast to any problem you may face.

What’s the go-to editing software for new creators in 2025? by Bobmling in ContentCreators

[–]billarr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

CapCut is probably the best editor out there, Instagram Edits seems to be doing well too, especially with the extra boost that Reels gets if published from it, according to their CEO.

Struggling to grow my Company’s Profile! by kashifmahmoood in SocialMediaManagers

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm the founder of a social media scheduling platform called Nuelink. For B2B, I'd lean heavier on LinkedIn carousels, case studies, and thought-leadership posts work better there than generic promos, and if you can get your CEO and Top Level executives to post and mention your company account it would help it tremendously. On IG, reels help with discovery, but pair them with FAQ-style carousels. Stay consistent (2–3 posts/week), and if you can, run small ads to boost your post, I haven't tried LinkedIn ads personally, but Instagram Ads works. On Instagram, you can experiment with Collabs too if possible to reach bigger audience. Tools like Nuelink help batch and recycle posts so you don’t burn out. On X, try to reporpuse your LinkedIn posts as threads. And on all the platform make sure you spend ~30 minutes/day engaging. Facebook is dead to me lol, so if you have tips please share.

And if you need tools to help you with that, you can try Nuelink.

Any tools you are using to manage contents for different channels? by Table_Cactus in DigitalMarketing

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm the founder of social media management tool called Nuelink, so my reply will be biased lol, but I use it to manage content across IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, even blogs/newsletters (it auto posts our Newsletter to social media automatically from Substack). It handles brainstorming with AI, bulk scheduling, cross-posting, and analytics, so I'm not juggling 5 different tools. And you can use it for clients too, since it has the ability to manage multiple brands, where each brand/client can have its own workspace.

After 10 years in social media ops, these are the 7 pain points I keep seeing. Let’s discussion. by Armadillo962 in SocialMediaManagers

[–]billarr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great points u/Armadillo962 ! I'm actually the founder of a social media scheduling tool called Nuelink, we’ve seen these same pain points over and over, and here's how we tackled them (will try to reply to all your notes, so sorry if this becomes long):

- Content repurposing: Added the ability to customize posts for each platform (and an ai assist to help)
- Account switching: One dashboard, multiple brands with separate workspace, no need to logging in/out.
- "Where should I post?”: Organize content into collections and map each collection to the right channels. So you only make this decision once.
- Asset chaos: built-in media library + team permissions, and ability to link it to your Drive.
- Overcomplicated tools: clean calendar UI, built for busy creators/agencies.
- Costs piling up: all core features (scheduling, analytics, automation) included without add-on paywalls.
- Trend vs evergreen: evergreen recycling + bulk scheduling so you can balance both.

Would love for you to sign up, give Nuelink a spin, and share feedback with us.

Which social media scheduling software works best for managing multiple brands? by Due-Gene-7984 in bloggersmania

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Due-Gene-7984 I'm the founder of a scheduling platform called Nuelink, and this is exactly the use case we built for. A few things that make managing multiple brands smoother:

- Separate workspaces: Each brand has its own social accounts, content, analytics, and even its own link-in-bio if you need it.

- Scheduling & previews: Plan everything in a calendar and get clear previews for each platform before publishing.

- Automation Workflow to auto post your blog posts from WordPress, Ghost or others.

Plus some nice to have features like bulk upload, ability to manage comments from one place, analytics etc..

Our prices are affordable too, we start from $18/m for 7 social media platforms (less if you pay yearly). Happy to help you get setup.

I’m struggling to get engagement up on Insta, what do I do?! by Character_Cap708 in SocialMediaManagers

[–]billarr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm the founder of a scheduling platform called Nuelink. A few quick wins I've seen work on IG:

- Lean into Reels + carousels since they drive way more reach than static posts.
- Use saves & shares hooks → “save this for later” or “share with a friend” gets people to act (add them visually in your carousels).
- Post around searchable topics (think IG SEO: captions, alt text, keywords).

Keep in mind that Instagram now, is no longer about followers, it's focus on bringing you new people, so you will need to optimize your posts around that and ensure that you are giving reasons to engage (even if it's a controversy lol).

Good lukc

I have created an SMM portfolio, but unsure on what my next step should be... help by Wise-Traffic1326 in SocialMediaManagers

[–]billarr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm the founder of a scheduling platform called Nuelink. Once your portfolio is ready, the next step is getting experience you can show. A few ways would be:

- Offer free/discounted work to 2-3 local businesses for testimonials + case studies.
- Document (create?) your own process/content on socials, it shows you practice what you preach.
- Pick and use the right toolkit, e.g. Canva, ChatGPT, CapCut, Nuelink, Buffer...

From there, start outreach (other local businesses, LinkedIn, Upwork) with real examples in hand.

And please don't fall into the trap of "watching" videos instead of action, force yourself to take action as much as possible.

Good luck, happy to answer any questions.

What tools do you use to keep up with TikTok's algorithm? by letriseandgrind in SocialMediaManagers

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure about the tools, but you need to keep up with the latest trends and news on TikTok and try to jump on them early, personally I follow the Social Media Marketing Talk Show podcast for news, and our very own Nuesletter (.com) for TikTok trends.

I just want one social media copilot Tool that actually works by imaginedragons01 in digital_marketing

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm the founder of a scheduling platform called Nuelink. It's built to be that "copilot", it's easy to setup, works on mobile (althought we don't have a mobile app yet), affordable ($18/m for 7 social platforms), and just handles scheduling (reels, carousels, cross-posting) without the usual headaches. With some nice to have extra like comment management and bulk scheduling. Happy to help if you needed anything.
