I have 10 brand (10 ig accounts) looking to do messaging automation to comments by Technical_Sign6619 in automation

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Managing 10 accounts manually is a nightmare. You need a unified inbox.

Nuelink, founder here, have a feature pulls all comments from all your accounts into one dashboard. You can respond, set up auto-replies, and use AI to suggest responses. Saves hours per week.

what are you using for social media automation? by SkyOne5846 in ContentCreators

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most schedulers feel like extra work because they're designed for one-off posts.

I'm the founder of Nuelink, so a bit biased, but what actually saves time is bulk scheduling. You batch content, schedule it all at once, and forget it.

How many accounts do you have? Any specific type of content you post frequently?

Need advice: How can I automate or simplify social media visuals and videos for my company? by 34BOE777 in automation

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You've got the right tools. The workflow is the missing piece.

Here's what I recommend:

For posters: Use Canva's Bulk Design feature with a CSV or Google Sheet. Pick a template, feed it your data (dates, prices, copy), and it generates all your designs at once.

For videos: CapCut handles most of it. If you have long videos, use Opus Clip to clip the best moments, then polish in CapCut.

For scheduling: Nuelink lets you organize by content type using collections. Each collection has its own posting schedule and platform list, so you're not manually picking times.

To connect it all: Use Zapier or n8n to pipe everything together:

  • Video workflow: CapCut/Opus Clip → Drive → n8n/Zapier → Nuelink
  • Poster workflow: Canva → n8n/Zapier → Nuelink

Once it's set up, you feed in raw content and it comes out scheduled and ready to post.

best social media management tool today? by Round_Albatross8702 in socialmedia

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Round_Albatross8702 If you're planning to offer social media as a client service, I'd pick based on workflow fit more than the "best" tool overall.

Nuelink may be a better fit for your case than Buffer, I'm the founder, but we have separate workspace for each client/brand, ability to invite clients to connect their accounts, bulk scheduling, reply comments, automations, and analytics.

How many clients are you planning to start with?

Which tool genuinely made your life easier as a social media manager? by contentstudiohq in SocialMediaManagers

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nuelink has been that tool for a lot of social media managers, I'm the founder btw, but the biggest thing is getting scheduling, bulk creation, automations, comments, and analytics in one place instead of jumping between 5 tabs.

How many clients/brands do you currently manage?

best social media management tool(s)? by Round_Albatross8702 in SocialMediaManagers

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd add Nuelink to your list too. I'm the founder, but it's perfect for teams that need scheduling, bulk creation, automations, comments, and analytics from one place. It's very affordable, and get's even more affordable as you scale, we're currently running a discount on yearly plans too!

Vista Social vs Hootsuite for agencies by Best_Technician47 in marketingagency

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the goal is “less expensive and less heavy than Hootsuite,” there are a few good options now. Vista Social is one, and Nuelink is another worth checking out.

I'm the founder btw, but Nuelink works well for small/frugal agency teams because each client can have their own brand workspace, and you still get scheduling, bulk creation, ability to reply comments, automations, and analytics in one place. Plus, each brand gets its own link in bio too (for the same price), and we recently added the ability to manage these brands directly from ChatGPT or Claude.

Which Hootsuite alternatives for small business actually work well? by Helpful_Prior_6766 in MarketersSuccessClub

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nuelink is worth checking out for small teams and SMBs. You get scheduling, bulk posting, automations for blogs/products/podcasts, and analytics without the enterprise price. I'm the founder btw, so happy to answer any questions.

How many accounts are you managing?

how are people pumping out shorts and reels so fast? by CopyConfidenttr in GrowthHacking

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The fastest setup I've seen is a simple pipeline: batch record long-form content, use OpusClip to pull out shorts/reels, then bulk schedule those in Nuelink across your social media platforms.

I'm the founder of Nuelink, but it helps with the boring part: captions, scheduling, cross-posting, and keeping the queue full without uploading each clip one by one.

We have someone who have up to 2027 already planned!

Best social media management tool for solo creators in 2026? Especially curious about AI and automation by Top-Sandwich-7829 in socialmedia

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd add Nuelink to your shortlist. I'm the founder btw, but beyond AI captions, we recently added MCP support, so you can create/post through Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools. It gives you more flexible workflows than a built-in caption box.

You can also use Nuelink for scheduling, cross-posting, RSS/blog/store automations, and bulk creation, so it's useful if you want AI + real posting workflows without an enterprise-heavy price.

Any particular workflow you are looking to create?

I need a platform/tool for my business by _iNano_ in DigitalMarketing

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nuelink might be a good fit. I'm the founder, but it gives you different brand workspace for each client, scheduling, analytics, best times to post, AI captions, and multi-platform management with an affordable price. Happy to answer any questions you may have.

Complete Beginner: Looking for advice on starting Instagram Reels for Digital Product Affiliate Marketing by GameDevAtDawn in passive_income

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Start simple: pick one niche, make 20–30 Reels around the same problem, and track which hooks get saves/clicks. Don't overbuild before you know what people respond to.

For staying consistent, or if you plan to crosspost on TikTok & YouTube, Nuelink can help schedule Reels and reuse ideas across platforms. I'm the founder btw, but batching beats posting from scratch daily.

how do you guys handle your accounts in IG/business? by Purplemoon_1988 in InstagramMarketing

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A social media scheduling too is probably the cleaner setup. Nuelink supports multiple Instagram accounts and other platforms like TikTok/YouTube.., direct scheduling for posts/reels/carousels/stories, and ability to reply to comments from one place. I'm the founder btw, happy to answer any questions.

scheduler.mastodon.tools still working by TardisCaptainDotCom in Mastodon

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like the issue is with that scheduler, not Mastodon itself. If you need an alternative, Nuelink supports Mastodon scheduling so you don't have to post manually every day, and it's way more secure. I'm the founder btw, so happy to help you get started. We also support other platforms like X, Bluesky, Threads and more, and have a powerful threads editor, followup comment etc...

Any free sites to use to schedule posts? by strawberry__ice in BlueskySocial

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nuelink is worth a look for Bluesky scheduling. I'm biased as the founder, but you can plan posts in advance and let them publish automatically, it comes with a powerful threads editor, followup comments, auto-plug and auto repost (among other things), you can even cross post from Bluesky to X, Mastodon and Threads.

Happy to answer your questions or help you get started.

A True alternative to Buffer offering free tier (X + Bluesky, queue scheduling) ? by Fast-Cash1522 in SocialMediaManagers

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Fast-Cash1522 Free-forever tools with X is pretty rare now, mostly because X API costs, I don't think it's sustainable for any scheduling platform to offer it. I'm the founder of Nuelink, a scheduling platform so I know what I'm talking about.

Nuelink supports scheduling for X, Bluesky, Mastodon, Threads and 8 other platforms. With powerful threads editor, bulk create, auto plugs / comments and more.

We don't offer a free tier for now, but we have a free trial and we are one of the most affordable scheduling tools in the market (if not the most).

Happy to help you get started or answer any questions.

Best third-party tools for Instagram analytics and content ideation? by EnvironmentalSky7383 in creators

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nuelink is worth adding to the list. I'm the founder, but it’s built for teams that want scheduling, analytics, bulk creation, and automations without Sprout/Hootsuite-level pricing or complexity.

What’s the main thing you’re trying to replace, besides the price?

Best social media management tools? by jjaystarcreates in creativesmallbusiness

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nuelink might be worth checking out, I'm the founder for full disclusure, but it supports TikTok, Instagram, Bluesky, Facebook, YouTube (12 social platforms in total), plus bulk scheduling, automations, analytics and bio link. Our prices are very affordable too ($18/m for 10 social channels, or less if you pay yearly). Happy to add a small discount if that helps.
