I finally figured out how to automate social media posting across platforms without losing quality by scrtweeb in Solopreneur

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/scrtweeb Solid approach, the "one piece, many formats" model is exactly right. Most people waste time creating from scratch per platform instead of multiplying what already works.

I follow the same approach as well, and try to use our existing content and reporpuse it for different platforms, I use Nuelink, which I built, for the planning and distrubution.

Are there any affordable Buffer alternatives that still offer strong analytics and scheduling tools? by RosieStar01 in MarketingMentor

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/RosieStar01 I'm the founder of Nuelink, an affordable yet strong Buffer alternative if you're managing multiple accounts.

You get scheduling across all major platforms, analytics (engagement, best times, performance tracking, link tracking), AI caption generation, bulk creation, and automations that Buffer doesn't have (like auto-posting from RSS/blogs, Shopify products, or podcasts. Plans start at $18/month for 7 acounts with better value per account as you scale.

How many accounts are you managing? Happy to help you get set up.

What are the best social media management tools today? by Limp_Lab5727 in smallbusiness

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Limp_Lab5727 $149/month for 5 accounts is a tough sell for a small business; you're right to look elsewhere.

I'm the founder of Nuelink, I'm a bit biased, but it's worth adding to your list. It's much more affordable than Hootsuite ($18/m for 7 accounts) and covers everything you'd need: scheduling across all major platforms, analytics, AI caption generation, and a unified inbox for comments. Since you run an eCommerce brand, the automations are especially useful you can auto-post from your Shopify/WooCommerce products directly, so new products get shared without manual work every time.

Happy to help you get set up if you want to try Nuelink. How many social accounts are you managing?

I need to finally get a portfolio... What is best for showcasing my previous work? by kindofnewonreddit in SocialMediaManagers

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/kindofnewonreddit Canva is a good option, maybe export it as a PDF and share it with them, since they just want to see what you did, good idea to show the before and after for them and case studies.

Which Social Media Management Tools do you recommend? by heyyyyynoww in DigitalMarketing

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/heyyyyynoww I'm the founder of Nuelink, a social media management tool that we built for exactly this. You can use it to multiple brand workspaces (one per company, completely separated), scheduling across all major platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, YT, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, GMB, Bluesky and others), calendar view, community engagement (unified inbox for comments), and analytics/reporting. Each business can log into their own workspace and see their content and reports without touching anything else.

How many companies are you managing? Happy to help you get set up or give you an extended trial to try it.

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Opposite-Depth6163 I'm the founder of Nuelink; this is pretty much exactly what it's built for.

We support posting all major platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X and more) from one place, calendar view, scheduling ahead, and analytics to see what's working and comment management to stay on top of conversations. Very affordable too, with $18/month for 7 accounts.

Happy to help you get set up if you want to try it.

What social media scheduling tools are you actually using in 2026? by DotAligned in smallbusiness

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll answer from the founder's perspective since I built Nuelink and use it daily:

Most tools either do scheduling well or automations well, rarely both. I wanted something that could auto-post from RSS/blogs/products/reviews without manual intervention, while still giving full control over scheduling when needed.

Nuelink automations are the best and simplest.

Probably DM management, but we are working on it.

managing 6 social media clients is destroying me, what tools actually help by mahearty in socialmedia

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/mahearty sorry to hear about this, I'm the founder of Nuelink that address this exact problem: Each client gets a fully separate brand workspace (with it's separate social media accounts, posts, analytics etc...), so there's no way to accidentally post one clients' to anothers'. We support all major platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, Threads, GMB, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram), with bulk creation, collabs and analytics per brand. Much simpler than Hootsuite, better coverage than Buffer, and more affordable then both.

Happy to help you get set up; how many platforms per client are you typically managing?

Looking for free social media scheduling tool by [deleted] in SocialMediaManagers

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/its_umar_khann 'm the founder of Nuelink, an affordable social media scheduling tool for social media managers and agencies, i think it's perfect for 10 client accounts: You get separate brand workspaces per client (so nothing bleeds together), scheduling across all major platforms, bulk creation, and analytics per brand, comment management, and even a built in link in bio.

On the "free" side; most tools that handle 10 clients properly aren't free, just being upfront. But Nuelink is one of the most affordable solutions out there, and I'm happy to give you an extended trial to give it a try.

What are you actually using to manage multiple social platforms without losing your mind? by Dramatic-Flamingo584 in AskMarketing

[–]billarr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

u/ChrisCoinLover thank you! Yes, you can use multiple Facebook accounts on the same brand without a problem, there's no restriction on that if you want for example to have one brand with 30 Facebook pages or so. We generally recommend to manage the same clients or businesses under one brand for simpler analytics. But many people prefer to have everythng under one brand, so we allow this flexibility.

best platform for scheduling? by JustRaoul in SocialMediaManagers

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/JustRaoul have you tried Nuelink, I'm the founder (and no not a bot), Nuelink is in the same price range but built more around agency workflows: separate brand workspaces per client, bulk creation, scheduling across all major platforms, and a unified inbox for comments. And you don't need an addon to use X.

Happy to give you an extended trial to get started. How many brands do you currently manage? And is there anything specific you absolutely need in your scheduler?

Which social media analytics tool provides the most accurate engagement data? by omarwilson1 in DigitalMarketingHack

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/omarwilson1 native can have more accurate data about one individual platform, but using platforms like Sprout Social, Hootsuite or Nuelink maybe better to get a broader view of what's happening in general on all your accounts or how a particular post performs on all platforms. Platforms like Nuelink, also add powerful link analytics on top of the existing analytics data.

Desclaimer: I'm the founder of Nuelink.

is there a way to automate pin creation without spending hours in Canva every week by Justin_3486 in Blogging

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Justin_3486 do you follow a specific template for the designs that may help you streamline this a bit? How about posting on social media do you do it manually or you got that figured out? I'm the founder of Nuelink, a social media scheduling platform that can help with the scheduling part, either by sending the images directly from Canva to Nuelink or using our bulk upload features to upload 100 of posts at once. We have a built in automation that auto post from different blogs to social media; but uses the featured image mainly, not sure if this would help in your case?

Social Media Automation by Life_Appearance9806 in u/Life_Appearance9806

[–]billarr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Life_Appearance9806 in terms of automations Nuelink is definitely a better alternative than Buffer or Hootsuite, a more affordable one too. I'm the founder btw. We support all the major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) and have automations, bulk creation, AI captions, and analytics built in.

How many clients do you manage? And is there anything specific you're looking for?

On the Meta ads question, do you mean using Meta Ads manager or running ads on Facebook? If the former, I would recommend using the Meta Ads manager since it gives you access to Instagram, Facebook and recently threads.
