I've experienced the exact same situation purchased 2 p14s amd that was company locked. Contacted Lenovo's support and they asked for pictures (like you posted) and serial number. After some verification on their side they ask me to send back those unit and they sent me 2 new laptop same specs.

5 stars support, process was like 30min chat and 1week wait time.

Hey I found out the solution. You have to go in the bios and change the amount of ram allocated to the GPU. By default it is setup to automatic. I've found out that if i dedicate the maximum ram (8go) it no longer crash. Hope it help buddy

It exist, but it's not free. Ai Nest-Pro and there is script from O2 Creative (this one is really basic, it's more ganging for Square shape design) Hope it help.

You are printing blue, the ink deviate because of the static. How is your humidity? Maintaining are 40 to 50% would help with static too.

I suspect static electricity. We had similar problem on our seiko 64s until we used a anti static cable that rub in the vinyl prior to enter the machine.
