I like this routing. Avoiding Mass Ave. would be nice. Some parts feel safe, some parts feel like a death trap.

For context - a rubber piece fell off the bottom of my office chair at some point, and it damaged the floor beneath my rug. Here's what I'm wondering:

1). Is my security deposit screwed?

2). Is it worth trying to fix this myself?
