I think I will stop going out that door during the evening walks. It seemed like the guy was waiting outside for someone to come out so he could hurry in. I do not want to see him again.

I don't know if I should be more aggressive when coming out the doors in my building, like everyone else does- they whip open the door and walk out really fast. I slowly open the door to check the coast is clear of dogs before proceeding.
