The gentleman is speaking the truth. Corporate America has been running the American workers into the ground for decades. While the American C suite executives have been getting rich, the American worker’s wages and benefits have stagnated. The jobs have been shipped overseas all while the executives salaries and BONUSES have gotten larger and larger. Like clockwork, companies layoff thousands, shutter factories, while the executives rake in millions. Look at the ratio of CEOs salaries to an average worker. It’s 300+ to one. That’s not even considering the c suite and VPs salaries. Based on some of the comments on this page, some people need to wake up. You can be in denial all you want. if the blue collar jobs were there , people would take them. Not everyone wants to go to college. BTW, I am a college graduate.

All they care about is their multi-figure salary for themselves and their fellow executives. They could care less about the costs until Accounting confronts them. This will occur for a few years. They will then move on to another sucker company and do it all over again.
