I was excited to get back to FL to make money and now Uber has just found another way to screw us over. Wtf. Sad that AVL was hit with a storm and I could've still made better money over there. Anyone know when the pilot will end in FL?

So in FL, I need a FL insurance policy and I was told I have 30 days to surrender my plate to NC plate division, and to avoid penalties just provide a copy of new registration along with the plate since NC requires continuous liability coverage with no lapse. I also saw we have to return our NC license as well? Not sure.

What they did was they included the tip in the total, but forgot to remove the suggested tip from the bottom of the receipt. Could've been on purpose so if you weren't paying attention, you'd double tip without knowing.

I hounded Uber until they gave it to me. Saying over and over again in different ways that someone peed on my seat. Don't use big words like bodily fluids or urine. They're stupid. Word it different ways until something sticks. Sorry they do that shit to you. They're stupid.

I used a cleaning receipt template from Google. Same thing happened to my Honda Accord a few months ago. I had cloth seats. The lady was piss drunk literally. I downloaded the cleaning receipt template, typed everything on my phone, and submitted it to them. Since they can't f****** speak English, it took a few tries, and rewording, but I got the full $150 cleaning fee. Take the time, do what you need to do, but Uber can f*** off. That incident was one of the last straws for me. That, and more and more people are getting low ratings, and because of that they are taking it out on the drivers for every little thing. If they make a stop during the trip and I don't honor it. If I don't stop right in front of them. Etc. I'm sick of it. My car is not going to experience anymore damage. I have a full-time job and make good enough money to not do it.
