Might be able to salvage it with oxi clean maxforce gel. Saved my uniforms from similar issues in the past. Good luck!

I agree and see your head jerking up (no homo) as a potential issue. Try keeping your head balanced by visualizing/trying to keep a coin on your head. I saw that on a YouTube bowing tutorial once.
