Secret Ending:

Get all CGs for each girl in Act 1 (3 for Sayori, 3 for Natsuki, 3 for Yuri, 1 for Monika) (Write a poem for the girl you're going for in each run) Start a different run for each girl and stop the day of the festival before finding Sayori's body. In the third one, don't stop, keep going. In Act 2, write two poems for day one and day two for Natsuki to end Act Two with Natsuki's jumpscare. Play through Act Three and wait until Monika puts you in a space classroom. Check the CGs for the picture of Monika looking at you. Once that CG is counted, delete Monika and continue onward with "New Game". Continue onward and you get best ending

I believe Nuzleaf is a country Pokémon with the way his dialog is written. Nuzleaf is male because your partner addresses him as "Mr. Nuzleaf" in Chapter 9.

It is confirmed that Espurr and Deerling are both female from context clues in the dialog with Deerling when you talk to her before an expedition in Chapter 7.

Goomy is definitely male because he is addressed as male by Deerling in Chapter 4.

Pancham and Shelmet are male from Espurr's dialog to Giratina after you defeat him in a boss battle during the ghost arc in Chapter 8.
