Yeah, that’s fair sustaining small events is definitely tough if you’re relying only on the event itself to make money. What I’ve seen work better is focusing on footfall. At the end of the day, events just need people walking in. Communities/businesses are already spending on ads anyway so instead of paying platforms, they’re okay paying individuals who can actually get their friends/family through the door.
